The Callahans met after college in Washington, D.C., and married in 1986. They live in the historic President's Residence on the Stockton campus and have two adult sons. Cody and his wife, Liz, live in Phoenix. He works in baseball research and development for The Arizona Diamondbacks. Casey lives in England and is pursuing graduate studies at Queen Mary University of London.
Cali is a well-known personality on the Stockton campus. The playful and mischievous Golden Retriever loves her campus and her students. Cali can often be seen walking campus with the First Lady, greeting all her friends (and often trying to “share” their snacks).
